3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Since orders are confirmed individually, we'll always share the final price with you before any payment is made.

4. Product Representation

We do our best to represent our pieces accurately through photography, but colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

5. Bespoke Commissions & Orders

Custom and bespoke pieces are subject to the following:

• Sizing: Getting your size right is your responsibility. Please refer to our Sizing Guide before placing an order.
• Payment Terms: Bespoke commissions require a deposit before work begins, as outlined on our Bespoke Commissions page.
• Cancellations: Once production has started on a custom piece, the order can't be changed or cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property & Provenance

All designs, photography, branding, and text on this website belong to Velorium. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our permission.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via tracked, insured courier. While we take care in how your piece is packaged and dispatched, we're not responsible for delays, customs charges, or import duties once your package leaves our hands — these vary by destination and are outside our control.

8. Limitations of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. However, we're not responsible for damage caused by improper care, modifications made outside our workshop, or use that goes against our care guidance.

9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We're not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or significant disruptions to our supply chain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most current version.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
