What titanium do you use?
Grade 2 titanium, known for its strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion — durable, hypoallergenic, and ideal for everyday wear.
How do I find my size?
Because each piece is machined to size and can't be resized afterward, we recommend visiting a local jeweller for accurate measurement, or using a printable sizing guide here. Drops "wide-band caliber sizing system" and "forge cycle."
Orders & Shipping
How long does an order take?
Each piece is made to order, so production typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive updates by email/WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Drops "batch sequence," "account ledger."
How are orders shipped?
All orders ship via tracked, signature-required courier, fully insured. Matches your finalized Shipping & Delivery copy — drops "tamper-evident protective containers," "secure hand-off protocols."
Returns & Care
Is titanium durable?
Titanium is highly resistant to scratching, bending, and corrosion — it's one of the most durable materials used in jewellery, suited for everyday wear. Like any material, its surface finish may change subtly over time with wear, which is part of how it ages. Drops "lifetime guarantee," "structural breakdown protocols," reframes finish changes as natural rather than excluded-from-coverage.
Can bespoke pieces be returned?
Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged for reasons of fit or preference. Standard pieces can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn and in original packaging, with an unboxing video as proof. This matches your finalized Returns & Exchanges terms — drops "user identifier," "protective security seal," "foundational allocations."
