Exchange Restriction
Exchanges Available within 7 days of delivery (unboxing video required). Custom-sized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Transit Damage Returns
Returns are accepted only if your piece arrives damaged.Please record an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the damage to qualify.
Return & Exchange Terms
1. Size Exchanges
If your piece doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please record an unedited unboxing video showing the piece and packaging — this is required to process your request. Exchange requests made after 7 days, or without unboxing video proof, cannot be accepted.
2. Custom & Bespoke Pieces
Pieces made to custom specifications or bespoke commissions are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, as they are crafted specifically for the original order and cannot be resized, reworked, or resold.
3. Transit Damage Returns
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, we'll arrange a return and resolution. To qualify, you must provide an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of opening.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For transit damage claims, we'll cover return shipping costs. For approved size exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Condition for Exchange
Items must be returned unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact, in order to qualify for exchange.
8. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned piece and verify it meets the exchange conditions, please allow 5–7 business days for your replacement to be crafted and dispatched.
9. One Exchange Per Order
Each order is eligible for one size exchange only. Further exchange requests on the same order will not be accepted.
10. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred when sending the item back to us.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided crafting has not yet begun. Once crafting has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with the date of the most recent update.
