Our Story

About Velorium.

Founded where engineering meets minimalism — built on durable materials and careful, considered design.

We started Velorium with one question: what would jewellery look like if it was designed to last, not just to sell?

Most jewellery is built around how it photographs in the first few weeks of ownership. We wanted to build around how it holds up after years of actual wear — the kind that gets put on every morning without a second thought, and taken off without worry.

That question shaped everything that came after — the material we chose, how we design, and how we work with the people who wear what we make. It's still the question we ask before any new piece goes into production.

What We Believe

Four ideas that
shape everything we make.

i.

Durability is the design

We chose titanium because it's strong, light, and resistant to corrosion — not as a feature to mention, but as the starting point for every shape we draw. If a design doesn't hold up, it doesn't make it to production.

ii.

Less, but considered

Minimal isn't the same as simple. Every line that's left in a piece is there because it earned its place — and every line that isn't necessary gets removed, even if that takes longer.

iii.

Made for one person at a time

We don't keep large stock. Each piece is made to order, sized and finished for the person who'll wear it — which means a slightly longer wait, in exchange for a piece that actually fits.

iv.

Honest about what it is

We don't call our pieces "luxury" — that word gets used for everything. We'd rather you decide that for yourself, based on how a piece feels after a year of wear, not how it's described before you buy it.

From a block of titanium
to a finished piece.

Every piece starts as a solid block of titanium — precision-milled, then finished by hand. We don't mass-produce, and we don't keep large stock. Each order is made specifically for the person who'll wear it.

If you'd like to see how that process works from start to finish, or talk about a piece made specifically for you, that's something we're always glad to do.

Built to be worn.
Not just owned.

That's the whole idea, really — pieces that earn their place in your daily life, made by people who care about how they're made. If that sounds like something you'd wear, we'd like to make it for you.
