Following raw physical carving, artifacts undergo specialized surface treatments. This includes controlled glass-bead micro-peening for satin textures or closed electrochemical oxidation fields to reveal the natural, deep spectrum colors inherent to titanium.
Validation Protocol
No titanium piece bypasses our system without extensive physical validation. We trace metric precision down to micro-level compliance.
Laser Coordinate Verification
Finished pieces are subjected to non-contact optical scanners to confirm that the physical structural outputs correspond flawlessly to original digital blueprints.
Hand Refinement & Inspection
Master technicians examine all radius points, interior bevel cuts, and outer finishes, performing meticulous micro-polishing to secure a completely fluid physical touch.
Cryptographic Ledger Registry
Upon definitive approval, the artifact’s unique structural weight, material batch number, and forge timestamp are officially recorded onto an unalterable digital ledger before allocation box sealing.
